Police abuse of process in 2015 - St. Kitts Tried To Kill Me

85.1	On the 8th of April 2015 KH writes to the British FCO for support against abuse by the St Kitts police in his case and for support of his legal rights (para 656)
85.2	On the 29th of July 2015, KH is visited by the British Consul, Lynda Ayrton. KH writes letter LA/FCO/09 pursuantly on the 30th of July 2015 (para 657)
85.3	On the 7th of August 2015, Lynda Ayrton telephones KH at the prison to tell him that intervention by the British FCO is deemed unviable (para 658)
85.4	KH is on his own. On the 13th of August 2015, KH writes to Police Commissioner Stafford Liburd, with a copy to the British FCO. His letter is ignored by the Commissioner of Police (para 659 & 660)
