92.1	On the 19th of October 2015, after almost two weeks, KH is finally granted permission to attend at the Chambers of Mitcham and Benjamin for the examination of his laptop by a local computer expert (para 714)
92.2	The examination is only allowed by the prison to last for 30 minutes. Due to the damage that the laptop has sustained after it was seized from KH, only limited functions are working. The touch-pad does not work. After 20 minutes, and using an external mouse, the expert is able to access the laptop (para 715)
92.3	The laptop contains files and a screensaver which were not put on by KH, although some files installed by KH in 2011, are still on the laptop. The expert shows KH that someone had created a file on the laptop on the 27th of July 2012, and that additional files were created between 2012, and 2015. The expert is able to print one document created on the laptop in 2013, which bares the crest of the RSKNPF and was addressed to Commissioner of Police CG Walwyn (para 716)
92.4	On the 19th of October immediately following the 30-minute examination of the laptop, KH prepares an affidavit which he manages to file on the 20th of October 2015 (para 717)
