90.1	On the the 6th of October 2015, Inspector Smithen delivers a MacBook laptop to the Chambers of Mitcham and Benjamin (para 700)
90.2	A Chain of Custody Form, is duly stamped as received by Mitcham and Benjamin (para 701)
90.3	The Chain of Custody Form shows that Inspector Smithen had custody of the laptop from the time that the laptop was confiscated on the 1st of January 2012, until the 7th of June 2015 (para 702)
90.4	The laptop of KH was in pristine condition when it was taken from KH. The MacBook delivered to Mitcham and Benjamin by Inspector Smithen, is severely damaged (para 703)
90.5	The Chain of Custody Form also shows that my laptop was in the custody of P.C. Audain of the Cyber Crime Unit on the 7th of June 2015, although on the 8th of June 2015, the DPP told Justice Carter that, according to Inspector Smithen, the laptop of KH had been stolen from a policeman’s house and was last known to be in Tortola, BVI. (para 704 & 705)
90.6	It begs the question (among other questions), when did the Crown know that the MacBook was in the possession of the police at the time when the Crown were telling the Court that it had been stolen from a policeman’s house and last heard of in Tortola.? (para 706 to 710)
